Vibro-EP Anti-Vibration Rubber Pads
Vibration & Seismic Isolation

Vibro-EP Anti-Vibration Rubber Pads

Pads for vibration and noise mitigation, developed through specialised research since 1989 from high-quality elastomeric material. Longitudinal holes increase compression/deflection and improve vibration absorption.

Key Features

  • Can be stacked in layers with steel plates between to reduce the natural frequency to 4 Hz
  • Rubber types: special compound (grey – blue – red) or neoprene (beige – green – yellow)
  • Floating-floor build-up: perimeter soundproofing material, support pads, double solid base layer, wooden plates, concrete pour, then final flooring (wood, carpet, etc.)

Applications

  • Floating floor systems
  • Air compressors, pumps, fans, generator sets
  • Cutting machines
  • Industrial floors, elevators, printing & testing machines

Jack-Up Mounts for Floating Floors

Advanced vibration-control mounts for raised concrete floating floors. A metal shell housing a Regufoam elastomer or a spring prevents contact between the poured concrete and the supporting floor, eliminating sound bridges.
